What is Trauma

Trauma what a big word but you cannot feel the effect of it till you experience it fully. If I want to explain trauma in exact words, it’s an indecent happens out of no where, creat a massive mental damage to the person. The incident can be: - sexual harassment like rape. -car accident. - and lastly for me is accusing in a harmful way. Can you realize what happened to you is trauma ? If you are not so involved with psychology and mental health I don’t think so but if you are you can realize it immediately!

First step towards healing

Healing is a wired road. Not liner not easy. It’s like walking on glass but you know there’s an end to it so you have to handle the pain, the suffering, the shame. In every step you take there is a trigger will pop up it will overwhelm you. Then you will stop you will realize something is truly wrong and you need to fix it. When you just decide to fix it it’s means you are going towards healing. You will see your trauma and you will accept it and process. And you be on the path towards new life , new personality. It’s all about your own character development.
