You Probably Didn't Learn this in School During Black History Month

#4 - You Probably Didn't Learn this in School During Black History Month | This episode goes into things you've probably never heard about Black History Month. I know many people during that month just rehear about Martin Luther King and Harriet Tubman. And personally in school it was discouraging for me because I used to think that Black people didn't do much in history. When really we've done so much stuff! So today we're here to share what we've learned.   This episode was recorded around Black History Month, and I have to change the thumbnail later on. I still need some time improving it. But anyway I hope you enjoyed this episode for full support please subscribe! Here's the sources/underrated black people to follow!    Sara Bartman was a black women who was put in a museum because of her "humongous" body :(  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarah_Baartman (I ended up cutting out the clip where we showed her since its not PG)  Black Wallstreet, a town that was destroyed by racist terrorists.  https://www.ebony.com/black-history/destruction-of-black-wall-street/ Red Lining https://www.thoughtco.com/redlining-definition-4157858 Please  Check out @BlaXit she is amazing and talks all about Pan-Africanism. I've learned a lot about reparation because of her.  Check out @Wode Maya is a Nigerian vlogger who makes videos that promotes Africa. His goal is to change peoples minds about the negative narrative people give Africa.    Casts: (Host) Chris - https://www.youtube.com/c/RoseRocket Erica/Riki - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwimvuAKT84CL3OWSsOEVGA  Want to Support Us? Escapism in Gaming (Reality Through the Lenses of a Teen)

#1 - Escapism in Gaming (Reality Through the Lenses of a Teen)   Hi I’m your host Rose & I like to talk. I actually go by the name Chris I run a Gaming Channel here on YouTube. Today we talk about Escapism. A concept about running away from your own reality. For many teens alike we go to gaming for comfort and I thought this would make a wonderful pilot as our first episode to this podcast. Having short episode is a one time thing! Enjoy!     Casts: (Host) Chris - https://www.youtube.com/c/RoseRocket Mike - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCl4sqYtXwk18y_EnXzRpLGQ Michael    Want to Support Us?  Click here to Subscribe: https://bit.ly/3aZVehO  Donation page!
