    Why are medications so complicated?

    Take a pill and it will all be better. Unfortunately, some cultures have the message that medications will solve everything. While we don't believe that is true, medications can be helpful. They can also be very complicated. This episode we are discussing our experience with medications and psychiatry as both professionals and people who take medications themselves.     ABCDEF...what letters again?

    Diagnoses can be really confusing. There's depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, DID, and all the other things. Then there's acronyms like MDD, GAD, OCD, and the list goes on. It can be even more confusing when different people in your body have different diagnoses. We want to talk about what these diagnoses can actually look like and what some of the symptoms are.
