    Peter is enjoying watching his kids play soccer more.  Sarah is failing at writing in her journal every day.Gary has decided to hold off on buying a used/new car due to the crazy market.  He has done some DIY fixes and will have a mechanic check it for safety.  Win or Fail Mastermind Group Session:
    Peter:
    Peter is brainstorming an idea in which he will start a group exercise class as a side hustle.  Sarah and Gary help him ask the right questions to see if this is feasible.  The end result is that Peter will determine the lowest viable product to see if it works for him.
    Gary:
    Gary had another money fail.  A perfect storm of a lot of big bills hit at once resulting in a depletion of savings and a lot of stress.  In order to fix this, he is going through a full money reset.
    Sarah:
    Sarah had a $26 grocery store win by checking her receipt and noticing that she was charged for the wrong item.  Little wins like this add up over time!

    Sarah discusses all the things people say to other people after they have lost weight or while they are trying to lose weight.  We discuss each of the sayings and discuss whether or not they are insulting.  You look great!
    It is now S.A.D. season. In many regions, when daylight lessens, seasonal affect disorder starts to affect a lot of people.  We discuss what this means and ways to combat it.
    Peter’s W.I.N’s:
    Peter discusses the confusion around all of the reasons the media tell us about why we are fat.  The perfect is the enemy of the good!
    Does music actually help us perform better?  Peter discusses the ways music can help us and Gary disputes music in general.  
    Gary’s W.I.N’s:
    Gary discusses foam rolling and whether or not it actually does anything. Some recent studies validate its use for blood flow and athletic performance.  We discuss and dispute some of the findings and accept some as well.
    More and more people have access and are using HSA’s.  Gary talks about what they are and what they are so beneficial as a triple tax optimization investment tool.

The Best!

The chemistry these three have is fantastic. This podcast is fun and laugh out loud funny, but also incredibly informative. They do a great job of helping to explain and deliver serious, complex information in a very accessible, actionable way.

Great show!

I’ve listened to a couple of episodes so far and I’m enjoying it. I went to PT school with Peter and his old man sage advice helped me persevere. I can already tell I’ll get more of the same here but with the added points of view from Gary and Sarah. Keep up the good work!
