    04 Delayed Gratification

    બાળકો ને કીધું કે જો તે 15 મિનિટ સુધી રાહ જોશે તો 2 ચોકલેટ મળશે નહીં તો સામે પડેલી એક જ મળશે. અમુક બાળકો એ રાહ જોઈને 2 ચોકલેટ લેવાનું પસંદ કર્યું, અમુક થી રાહ ના જોવાઈ. આ બંને ગ્રુપ ના કિડ્સ ને 40 વરસ સુધી એમને ફોલો કરવામાં આવ્યા. તમને ખબર છે શું જાણવા માંડ્યું?     02 Deliberate Practice

    200 વર્ષ સુધી લોકો એવું માનતા હતા કે પરફેક્ટ પિચ એ ગિફ્ટ છે, આ વસ્તુ તમે શીખી ના શકો. ફક્ત 0.0001% માં જ આ ગિફ્ટ હોય છે. પણ થોડા જ વર્ષો પેહલા 2014 માં, એક જાપાનીઝ લેડી એ demonstrate કર્યું કે કોઈ પણ બાળક આ ગિફ્ટ શીખી શકે છે. ડેલીબરેટ પ્રેકટીસ વિષે પણ આ એપિસોડ માં વાત કરી છે.     01 The Gift

    કેમ અમુક લોકો extremely good હોય છે એમની ફિલ્ડ માં? ઘણીવાર આપણા સરાઉન્ડિંગ માં અમુક લોકો ને જોઈને એવું થાય કે યાર આનું તો ભેજું જ અલગ છે.  Ericsson and Pool આ બે પ્રોફેસરો એ આવા ‘ગિફ્ટેડ’ લોકો ની સ્ટડી કરી. 30 વર્ષ પછી એમને તારણ કાઢ્યું કે આ લોકો પાસે ગિફ્ટ તો છે, એને આજ ગિફ્ટ એમના સક્સેસ માં મુખ્ય ભાગ ભજવે છે, પણ મજા ની વાત એમ છે કે આ ગિફ્ટ તમારી પાસે પણ છે અને deliberate practice ની મદદ થી તમે પણ આ નો ફાયદો ઉઠાવી શકો છો.
