Music & Food Epis Part 1. Overseas Trip Conversation

Hello Beautiful people! Mr.Magnet and I had a conversation about our recent trip to Bogotá, the Capital City of Colombia. We talked about our experience. We also have a conversation about the differences we seen. Among other things. This episode is completely edited by yours truly along with the music. is not perfect, but I tried my best as I'm learning to edit our own audio. We love to record episodes in the car, due to the background noise we might have to change once in a while to our area in the house where we have our original set up. Thank you for listening! don't forget to interact with us, leave us a message. If you would like to be part of our next episodes, what would you like to hear related to this episode which is Music and Food, we are here for you this is a podcast for you.  Contact us at Livopolispodcast @gmail.com

    My anxiety Story EP.2

Hello Beautiful people ! I hope you had a happy and safe weekend. I decided to LEAVE THE MISTAKES ON THE AUDIO mostly audio glitches and saying ahh alot. I wanted for you guys to get a feel on how would it be to listen to a draft and something imperfect and not sth completely produced .. so you can sense how difficult is for me even after years that  have passed  to talk about this, even if its on the surface I don't go into detail which is a longer story  , is very personal and I wanted to show you a VULNERABLE  part of Me as I want to help others if they feel alone and going through the same. The other reason for this episode is a gentlemen in my Instagram who answer to one of my post questions and asked that I talk about Myself , There will definitely be an episode for that topic , but for now  I rather share something that might help some else out instead.I want to make sure I advice that this might be triggering for some and anyone who don't like the subject , has the option to hear the bonus episodes coming soon ,which I made about completely different topics .Thank you to everyone on Instagram who participates in the polls and post to choose episode topics . This podcast is only managed by Me and with the help of one editor be patient with Me 😊 . My Co Host and guests will be on other episodes but this was a very personal subject..Im here for you all .Mrs. Live

    Self Care Talk EP.1

Hello Beautiful people !  I made this episode , still learning and want the episodes to  be as organic as possible. In this episode we will be discussing what is self care and exploring what it means to different people.  I invited to this talk  My peculiar Co-Host and roommate. He doesn't have a permanent  name  because I want you ( the Listener)to  get involved via Instagram . At the end of the episode I spoke to my  guest as well  he is a Graphic Designer and Health enthusiast and a long time friend.
