    Until the King Returns

    Jesus is many things to us—Savior, Shepherd, Friend, Redeemer. But one picture the Church cannot afford to lose is this: Jesus is King, and He’s coming again. So what are we supposed to do while we wait? In this message, we look at Acts 1, Matthew 9, 2 Peter 3, and Revelation 22 to discover that the return of Christ isn’t meant to produce fear, endless speculation, or complacency.     Freedom

    I Fought The Law... Part 4

    n Week 4 of our I Fought the Law series, we explore a powerful truth: God's laws were never meant to imprison us—they were designed to protect us. Looking at the teachings of Paul, Peter, James, and John after Jesus' ascension, we discover that the moral standards they repeatedly emphasized were not about legalism, but about living within God's loving guardrails. Using the image of guardrails on a mountain road, this message examines how idolatry, sexual purity, pornography, gossip, slander, anger, and unforgiveness can create openings for the enemy, while obedience to God's Word provides protection and freedom. We also discuss how Christians are called to lovingly engage those who do not yet know Christ—leading with grace, relationship, and the gospel rather than condemnation. Ultimately, this sermon reminds us that the law points to the Lawgiver. God's boundaries are not signs of restriction but expressions of His love, wisdom, and desire to keep His people on the path of life.
