Podcast: Pastor Hodge's Reaction to John MacArthur's Sermon, "Loving Your Enemies as God Does"

I didn't count them, but guy says, "ummmm" so many times, it's obvious he's not filled with power from on high. He's just another critical spirit, lacking power, authority and any discernible teaching skills.

This gentleman likes to argue and thinks he is highly intelligent. This is an ego building exercise for him. He is trying to ride the coattails of others by tearing them down to build himself up. Key is that he is assigning false points to someone else’s sermon as a way to argue. Don’t waste your time as everytime he makes a point, you realize he isn’t self aware and/or he thinks you (his audience) are stupid.

How sad!! Typical example of the blind leading the blind….I mean you, Mr. Hodges. Please pray that the Lord will open your eyes and help you see the truth!!

To take the time to criticize another pastor’s sermon! Have you considered going straight to him and tell him he’s not preparing his sermons well? That he has a lot to learn from you? How about you pray for him everyday, since in the Christian arena he’s a prominent influencer? I’m sure God uses him to transform the lives of many!
