    2 - POSITIVE HOME BIRTH STORIES in CANADA | Husband Assisted Home Births

    Hey friends, This week we’re talking about our 2 positive, unmediated, hands off home births and our planned 3rd home birth during the pandemic. Our first child was born at home near Vancouver, British Columbia. Our second child was born at home in Canmore, Alberta, in the heart of the Rockies. And we’re planning for the home birth of our third child in Quebec! Both home births were so empowering and we’ve learned so much in the process. We’re so grateful for our amazing midwives and doulas that we’re by our side, helping us, guiding us through this wonderful journey. They all respected our wishes and informed decisions and our home births wouldn’t have been possible without them!     1 - I can’t believe we made a podcast

    Hey friends, We can’t believe we recorded our first podcast! Totally improvised, unscripted and unedited. We just dropped the girls at daycare and stopped at a coffee hop on the way home and got inspired to record our thoughts and life. Next thing you know, we started recording as soon as we got home. We talked about life with kids, Adrian’s workouts and past travels memories.
