    Dan McDonnell, University of Louisville Head Baseball Coach

    Today's guest is Dan McDonnell, head coach of the University of Louisville baseball team. Coach McDonnell is a two-time National Coach of the Year (2007, 2017) and has the third-highest career winning percentage (.691) among active NCAA Division 1 coaches entering the 2025 season.  Dan was named the ACC Coach of the Year three times (2015, 2016 and 2017) and has five College World Series appearances (2007, 2013, 2014, 2017 and 2019).     Keith Madison, University of Kentucky Head Baseball Coach (retired): Coaching with Purpose

During his successful 25 years of coaching at Kentucky, Coach Madison amassed 737 wins and built Kentucky into an SEC powerhouse. He has been inducted into five different Hall of Fames including the American Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame and the University of Kentucky Hall of Fame.  In 2013, Keith was honored with the Lefty Gomez Award (ABCA). Keith retired from coaching in 2003 and began his ministry with SCORE International  In this podcast, Keith shares his philosophy of developing players both on and off the field.
