The passage declares that it was fitting for God, in bringing many sons and daughters to glory, to perfect the author of their salvation through suffering, emphasizing that God uses pain to accomplish eternal purposes. Christ's suffering identifies Him with humanity, validates His role as Savior, and assures believers that their own suffering is not meaningless but is part of God's greater plan to lead them into glory through Christ.
