    I Am Worth My Worth

    Sitting at the table might be cool for a while. Realizing your chair isn’t the same height as everyone else’s so you won’t or can’t be heard is not okay. And speaking as the troublemaker, I strive to understand why my seat isn’t the same. Maybe it’s because I know I was meant to create a table just for me. Maybe it’s because I haven’t learned enough or the right lesson. I know that whatever the cause, with prayer and fasting I will gain new insight. I hope this episode helps you find insight as well.     The Fat Of It All

    Sometimes it’s difficult to understand what we each go through in life, and sometimes it’s not. In my world as a big girl sometimes it’s difficult for smaller size people to understand some of the issues that I experience in my life. And sometimes I don’t understand wjat smaller sizes go through either. But it’s OK we’re all here to learn. We are all here to experience life together. I just hope that when you’re of a certain size that you don’t go through life thinking you’re alone. There are a lot of people who go through what you go through and all you have to do is speak up and speak out. And if you’re scared Or don’t understand where to turn I guess you could go to social media lol. But if social media is not your place just know that there are conversations like this to guide you and help you with peace with love with positivity.     My Weight Is Weighing On Me

    It is time to get real about weight weight loss and health. But for me and for many Americans understanding how our food related weight issues came about it’s a place we don’t often start at. So here’s just some quick and adults and stories about my beginnings as a big girl and really the self-realization that I had on how to get back on track. Somethings were devastating somethings are easy to understand but through it all I know there’s a balance with food am I wait. I now understand that to have that balance I don’t always have to struggle. So have a lesson and I hope the word finds you well today. Peace.

    In today’s world of I got to get mine anyway I can, gratitude is nowhere to be found. But as a business owner gratitude can sometimes be your saving grace. The ability to understand someone else’s perspective, their hardship, just listening to what they’re going through to make a world. The gratitude that you show for your own accomplishments and where you came from to achieve those accomplishments can you help you understand that today is not promised and neither is your success. But for some of you out in the world who ask “what else is for me,” you just might achieve it and along the way bring up a community of people who love you who you love back and you all get to serve one another.     Have you ever been disappointed in a person or situation? Someone who was supposed to do something for you or help you with something. Or an event that was supposed to happen and didn’t. We’ve all been there I know myself included. But how do you handle disappointment? Do you hold it all in and not speak about it and not communicate it? Or do you lash out in evil bitter diatribe spewing hate forwards and wreaking havoc across the land? And either response you would be wrong. But there are some right ways of handling disappointment. In this episode we tackle some of those issues and we tackle ways of dealing with them. The focal point is if you’re a business owner you’re going to be dealing with other people as I imagine you are you have to learn how to improve your mindset around being disappointed and what does it look like as you are a business owner and as you handle life.
