    Your Authentic Power

In the final episode, I leave you with a message that I am bringing out to the world, on stages and in immersive experiences and retreats: we are responsible for creating the world we want to live in and that change starts from within. It has been the message of this podcast since the beginning and it still needs to be heard. What's in this episode for you: How many DEI initiatives are missing the mark Why separating ourselves from those we don't like is not the answer The only place to start if we're going to make progress Why bringing people closer will shatter fear and divisiveness My dream for our workplaces, communities, and schools Much gratitude for all the people, including you, who made this circle sacred Stay connected: If you want to stay in touch with our work in the world, sign up for the Hum Consulting newsletter at www.humconsulting.ca or connect with me on Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube.
