Vertical farming is the practice of growing crops in vertically stacked layers. Often, these farms use controlled-environment technology to optimise plant growth and quality. The global vertical farming industry is expected to be worth over 16 billion dollars by 2027. In this episode I spoke with Jamie Burrows, the CEO and Founder of Vertical Future. Vertical Future is a London-based vertical farming company leading the way in hardware and software solutions.
