Along with Kris' tenure in the Count Basie Orchestra, Kris continues to create dope art (as Kris likes to say) such as his audio-visual album, SAFE (we highly recommend you check this out, if you haven't already), composing for the four-time EMMY nominated webseries, King Ester, and most recently, composing/arranging for his project, the Kris Johnson Big Band. This episode is filled with stories, insights, and was genuinely entertaining.
