Healing My Mother Wound

Healing My Mother Wound has changed so much for me. I was an anxiously attached mummy's girl as a young child. After turbulent teenage years, developing an eating disorder and my mum leaving the UK, I became anxiously avoidant. These patterns and behaviours played out in my romantic relationships too... I felt insecure, easily triggered and unseen. I wanted to heal myself and how I felt and showed up in relationships. Healing my mother wound played a bit part in this. Now, my mother and I have such a beautiful relationship. Plus I feel secure in myself and when it comes to cultivating connections with out people too. Which wouldn't have happened with out this work.
