    How one mother coped with her emergency c-section when she had set her hopes on a natural birth.

    Registered dietician, Leslie Urbas was adamant that she would have a natural birth with little or no medication.     Lets talk about PMDD.

    Premenstrual dysphoric disorder or PMDD is a cyclical hormone based mood disorder affecting some women and assigned females at birth.
