Park, famed director of ‘Oldboy’ & ‘The Handmaiden’, returns to our big screens to bring us the South Korean submission for Best International Feature Film at the 2026 Academy Awards. Starring Lee Byung-hun and Son Ye-jin, ‘No Other Choice’ tells the story of a recently laid-off paper mill worker on his path back to employment. We are fans of Park’s films and definitely found a lot to love with this one.     Happy New Year folks! We are (finally) bringing you our review of the much anticipated sequel to 2024's 'Wicked', 'Wicked: For Good'. We invited on our good friend of the pod, Doug Snyder, to chat about the film that brings Elphaba and Glinda's grand story to an end. Adapting the wildly popular Wicked (2003) musical, 'Wicked: For Good' covers the post-intermission portion of the play director Jon M. Chu adapted his screenplay from. Returning with the star-studded cast from the first film, including Cynthia Erivo & Ariana Grande, the film drops us into an high action Oz that has now made Elphaba out to be public enemy number one. Safe to say, we had mixed thoughts on the film, but are excited to have you dive in to what we thought about the final chapter of one of Broadway's most beloved titles.
