    All of us, in a way, have been shaped by the environment we grew up in, for better or worse. From familial dynamics to cultural norms, our upbringing often has a lasting impact on how we live our lives. This is especially true when it comes to generational traumas, things that we were imposed on as children, which as adults, we often revert to them. But we must unlearn them to move to the next level and chapter in our lives. Traumas can have a profound effect on our self-worth. How we view the world and interact with others impedes our ability to maximize our potential. However, by being self-aware, understanding, and recognizing these traumas, we can work through them to heal, reclaim our worth and operate at a higher frequency. Our worth is priceless and it shouldn’t be tied to anything externally. It comes from the inside and the relationship we choose to have with a higher power.
