    Meatball Subs

Ingredients  Meat mixture (beef, pork, chicken) I choose beef and choose to use 2lbs 2-3 gloves of minced garlic (I always add more because I love garlic a lot) 1 cup of bread crumbs  3/4 of a bag of shredded mozzarella  1/2 cup of parmesan cheese 1 egg per pound (since I had 2lbs of ground beef I needed 2 eggs) big pinch of salt 4 shakes of pepper (I use more)  Steps Preheat the oven to 350℉ Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl roll into small balls or if you are like me I like to make little golf balls sized ones Place on a cookie sheet or baking stone for 20-25 minutes  While this is cooking I like to heat up sauce (You can make your own sauce, use a sauce from a jar or make your own mixture) Once the meatballs are finished cooing place them into the sauces and let them simmer for 2hrs Warm up bread rolls, place meatballs on top and top with more shredded cheese Enjoy
