    The PCOS India Podcast - Welcome!

    As someone who has been battling with PCOS for more than 14 years, I know how draining it can get physically, mentally and emotionally to deal with it. Especially when all your gynaecologist asks you to do is, 'Lose weight', 'take birth control pills' or 'ignore it until you want to get pregnant!' After consulting with over a dozen doctors, dieticians and therapists, the best advice I have is, there's no shortcut to managing your PCOS. It's different for everyone and you need to understand the causes and treat the root cause, not the symptoms. So here it is - the PCOS India Podcast, India's first community that lets us come together as victims and share our stories and experiences with each other. We will also have experts to talk about the solutions and treatments in detail. Remember, you are not alone and we will get through it together, one day at a time. Stay strong, stay happy and here's to overthrowing PCOS together!
