Each week one host asks the other a question, sometimes it will be serious, sometimes silly, no matter what you will get an honest take on things. We flip a coin to decide who asks the questions. We end each episode with an anecdote "from the classroom". Mr T teaches at primary school and Mr B teaches at a Further Education College, two different worlds, but the same goal - education.
