Soul Powered Channel with Rebekah Kiger | Solo Episode | Crossing the River of Change, Part 2 In This Episode I talk about why I burned out on this podcast before, and it wasn't the podcast itself, it was that I had zero structure around it. I wanted to live in flow, in my divine feminine, channeling whenever it felt good, but flow without any masculine structure underneath it just becomes chaos. I share how building real systems, even something as simple as a household Trello board, is actually what makes freedom sustainable instead of a fantasy. We get into coherence versus incoherence in daily life, using a disastrous restaurant takeout experience as the example, and why the same principle applies to your money. I talk about the lottery winner statistic, the leaky bucket problem, and why getting a windfall of money without the capacity to hold it usually means it disappears within a couple of years no matter how much it was. Then I get real about capacity. More money is more responsibility, more decisions, more energetic weight to carry, and if you're already maxed out saying "I can't handle one more thing," that's very likely the exact reason more money hasn't shown up yet. I close with why removing shame around money is the first step, because nobody taught most of us how to do this. Key Takeaways Flow without structure just becomes burnout. Wanting to live in your feminine, channeled energy still needs a masculine container underneath it, or it collapses. Coherence is order, incoherence is chaos with no communication between the parts. You can feel the difference in a badly run restaurant, and you can feel it in your own finances too. More money is more responsibility, not less. If you're already saying "I can't handle one more thing," that's often exactly why more hasn't arrived yet. The universe isn't withholding from you, your higher self is pacing you. When something feels blocked, it's often protection for a lesson that isn't finished yet, not punishment. Shame isn't useful here. Nobody taught most of us how to do a money date. Removing judgment is what makes it possible to actually look at your numbers.
