    Episode 6 - Discovering Lou

    So here it is - my own story or at least a snap shot of it. In this episode I talk about a few topics that may trigger some people. These topics include panic attacks, PND, anxiety, miscarriage and also Alzheimer’s. 11 years ago I was placed on a path I had never intended to travel but that path has lead me to the most beautiful, full and happy life. There is no part of it I would change and the best part….. I get to continue writing the chapters any way I like. Special thank you to the ever lovely Sarah Gear for interviewing me for this episode - her voice is like liquid velvet.     Delighted to introduce you to the lovely Stephanie Foster, although if you’re on Instagram you will know her as Cowgirl of Cragganvallie.  Steph is a straight talking, real and genuine girl. I love chatting with her.  She is a huge supporter of women being able to do and have it all.  In this episode we chat all things highland cows, lambing, self care and why we will always put our own needs first - or at least try to.
