    Who Is That? Oh No!

    Send us Fan Mail You know it is a great day when one of our cohosts comes by. Lily helped us record. It was time to catch up and hear what was happening. She has now been in school for about two weeks. Time is flying by. She recorded with us and then recorded a refresher episode for her podcast, "Enjoying Being Human". It was a great time. Since we didn't cover any of the weather or earthquakes last week. We tried to cover them this episode. However when I tried to log onto my weather account it said I didn't have permission. Who both passed on August 25th 2026 and had reached the age of 80.  They touched many people in their own way.  Back to the show, we discussed brain power and AI.     Have You Ever Asked Your Doctor, "How Much Coffee?"

    Send us Fan Mail  Hello from Bruce and Sunny. Spain won the 2026 World Cup and Pete Hegseth estimated we have spent $37.5 billion on the Iran war to date. We just highlighted those things. "Most adults can safely drink up to five 8-ounce cups of black coffee per day", says a new study.   What about coffee and your doctor? Have you had a conversation with your doctor about caffeine? I did and I read an article I thought worth sharing.
