Girl Stop Lying to Yourself! Mini-episode

Send us a text In this mini episode you will learn that it's time to be honest with yourself about the relationship you are in or the "situation-ship" that you are in. Let's face the facts and stop giving ultimatums.  At what age do we stop putting in "all the work" with no return? Often times we make excuses for the guy that we are keeping around, but have you ever thought that might be the reason you are still single and cant' find love? We keep waiting around on him to make a move, and wasting our precious time instead of going to God about what's next for us.  Here are some of the excuses and lies that we tell ourselves instead of being honest and kicking him to the curb. We are just hanging out. He's Getting it Together. He will propose or marry me next year. He's Different. We will briefly discuss toxic relationships and finding out what is the issue and end these cycles by going to therapy, prayer and finding a solution. We have the right to choose if this is the right relationship for us or if we should move on and enjoy our life without the excuses that we make daily.  Follow me on Instagram: DaphnePearlsWorld Have feedback, questions or comments email: dpearldating@gmail.com Want to be a guest on the show email dpearldating@gmail.com or send me a DM on Instagram. ****If you are interested in starting a Podcast, or becoming a Podcast Manager*** email chermooreconsultants@gmail.com or visit Chermooreconsulting.com to learn how to start your own podcast today.

    Bougie or Cheap?

Send us a text Episode 9: Bougie or Cheap?  A single rejection of the Cheesecake Factory for a first date becomes a nationwide talking point. Hello, lovely listeners! You've probably come across the viral list circulating on social media, featuring places women suggest men should avoid for a first date. But let's dive deeper—were these recommendations justified, or is our protagonist simply leaning towards the bougie side? Is there really a problem with opting for a restaurant chain? In this episode, we explore acceptable first date venues and dissect the criticisms aimed at the spots mentioned in the infamous list. Pre-Date Discussions and Planning: The importance of discussing and planning the date beforehand cannot be overstated. It ensures both parties are comfortable with the chosen venue and sets the tone for a pleasant experience.Honesty about Preferences: If the proposed locations don't align with your preferences, honesty is key. Open communication about your expectations helps avoid potential discomfort & disaster during the date.Phone Etiquette: Putting your phone away is a simple but crucial aspect of a successful date. Be present and intentional, unless you are texting a friend for "an emergency exit call". Respectful Behavior: Regardless of the chosen venue, treating your date with respect is paramount. Appreciate the effort put into planning and enjoy the company, irrespective of the restaurant's status.Follow me on instragram@daphnepearlsworldTo see the official list from Women said places not to take them on a first date visit :  instragram@daphnepearlsworldEmail or comments to dpearldating@gmail.com Follow me on Instagram: DaphnePearlsWorld Have feedback, questions or comments email: dpearldating@gmail.com Want to be a guest on the show email dpearldating@gmail.com or send me a DM on Instagram. ****If you are interested in starting a Podcast, or becoming a Podcast Manager*** email chermooreconsultants@gmail.com or visit Chermooreconsulting.com to learn how to start your own podcast today.
