I will be sharing my experience as a voice-over artist. Including: my beginning, determination to succeed, the importance of networking. Public speaking started early which created confidence, resulting in numerous successful voice related employment opportunities. My early experience at CHUB Radio, Nanaimo left a clear impression on the value of communication. The importance of communication and many early life opportunities along with positive voice comments, led to The Radio Program of BCIT in Burnaby BC. I have completed 94 projects with diversity. My experience of completed voice-over projects includes 50 Promo videos including 5 Vimeo Videos, 1 Kickstarter Video, & 44 YouTube Videos with 275,431 views and counting.

In her late twenties she experienced some bad luck. Following two car accidents and two concussions she was looking for ways to improve her health. Finding an opportunity to work online while juggling another role. I n 2021 she worked for the school district and a remote company from the US. Then another. This one showed her to make money with an online  business  through one or multiple models   agency was chosen. Leesa discovered a passion for helping people make their businesses profitable through marketing and even leave their 9-5. The niche didn’t matter; their mentality did. Waking up each and every day to support business owners as if her life depended on it. Turning her clients’ revenue around completely. One of her clients went from being nearly bankrupt to running a once again profitable business. What immense joy she felt  making a real difference. Creating space teaching herself new skills online that complimented her  existing ones. No fancy equipment and not a social butterfly. Trying and putting it out there. Finding opportunities and some led to more. Some just led to life experience. Some people criticized her  for “having a diverse resume.” Struggling  to navigate more health issues and realized having multiple roles and laptops wasn’t the answer. It took her a while to realize it’s okay to have multiple passions and to create a life no one completely understands. People will judge you, you might feel shame and embarrassment but it'll pass. Leesa's philosophy—if opportunity doesn’t knock—build a door. For 12 years  a start-up based in Salt Lake City, a clothier who owns a production facility in Bangkok, a sole-proprietor based in Southern California, a high profile retail store on Las Vegas Blvd and for the past 6 years owns his company called Sin City Custom Suits. Michael Steph-anski is a very talented Owner and Stylist in Customer Service & Fashion Design. Michael has  created clothes for some of Las Vegas' most notable attorneys, executives for The Vegas Golden Knights and three friends  getting married along with their grooms' parties. Initially becoming involved in custom clothing purely by chance &  learning how valuable his services are.  Contacted recently by the wife of a potential client who was extremely tall and equally as big around. This man  never able to purchase off the rack dress clothes. Very hesitant at his first appointment. Michael used the gift of humour by the line that being more intimate than most men care to be because of the need to measure, becoming more relaxed and rather enjoyed selecting fabrics though the actual measuring part was still neither one of our favourite parts. The suits needed some minor alterations as is common with first time clients. At the final appointment when he was coming out of his bedroom so his wife could see the clothes on him, she  cried. She expressed 'thank you' and 'you look so good' through her tears. That's when Michael knew he had a calling rather than just a vocation. He is so talented & a person who loves what he does, his great skill. experience & expertise in creating custom made suits. His beginnings were not promising spending 5 days in Salt Lake City in training, handed a briefcase filled with fabric swatches, a measuring tape and order sheets and wished great success in Las Vegas.   We will deeply dive into Michael's success story.
