    Perhaps you have noticed that it has been quite a while since I posted a podcast episode! I have had WAY too much on my plate lately so the podcast has taken a backseat. Cycle tracking apps can be confusing with algorithms, predictions and a variety of different words that are being used to describe the same thing! This app uses the same terminology as the Taking Charge of Your Fertility Book and even gives reference pages to learn more about each of the elements involved in charting your cycle.
