It was full of flying SUVs and fast trains that connected the main European cities.

On this journey through “speculative fiction”, Robida proposes its most extraordinary embodiment — the virtual social networks that took about 130 years to implement as we know them today.

    The Regicide in Lisbon

    The Regicide in Lisbon

February 1, 1908 was marked by the attack against the Portuguese royal family. The regicide in Lisbon killed King Dom Carlos I and the heir to the throne, the Royal Prince Luis Filipe.
As they usually did, after the New Year, the Portuguese royal family left the capital to their property and manor in Vila Viçosa.
The first month of 1908 was spent hunting in the grounds, horseback riding, hiking among the cork oaks, capturing clichés that would illustrate the magazines of the time, in gatherings, and masses.
The Portuguese royal family lived their last happy days in Vila Viçosa, surrounded by friends and warmly welcomed by the population.

Penny Dreadful - A series of horrors...

Penny Dreadful - A series of horrors...

Penny Dreadful gathers and adapts part of the fabulous “bestiary” produced by English literature from the Victorian era.
It is a story much like the 19th century Gothic novels, in which human vulnerability is exploited and manipulated by monsters, demons, witches, vampires, mystics, werewolves and mere humans consumed by despair and revenge.
