    Dr. JT practices in Centennial, Colorado and has been servicing the wellness and Chiropractic needs of the Centennial, Aurora, Parker, Greenwood Village and Englewood communities since 1995. As former team Chiropractor for The Denver Outlaws outdoor Lacrosse organization, Denver Broncos and the Colorado Crush football teams, Dr. Anderson has helped many professional athletes recover from their injuries. He enjoys treating weekend warriors and others that like to push their bodies to the extreme.     The 25th Hour

    For the month of March Dr. Nash and Dr. Gates were taking a much needed break from the zombie scrolling that is social media. We both noticed the dramatic increase in how much time it felt like we had gained in our days. In todays episode we go through some of the evolutionary changes that a social media fast can bring and highly encourage the fight club to set aside some time to disconnect. Ultimately it will feel as though you have 25 hours in your day to increase productivity and creativity.
