Carry on! 😎 Don't beat yourself up by thinking you could have prevented something or done something differently. This is how we learn, albeit, bumpy. There's no shame in making a mistake. Celebrate the lesson. 🚧 Actionable Item: Don't assume that the mistake won't rear its ugly head again. Incorporate the lesson by documenting it in a new process or system to try to prevent it from happening again. It's not guaranteed it won't, but it's more manageable when we document the process. This will come up a lot as we move forward. People think they'll learn because they remember how they felt, but sometimes the mechanics of how we execute could be forgotten which could lead you back to the same mistake.
