I go into detail on two CRAZY stories. First being me PURCHASING my first commercial property which is Ghost Gym, and the second was how I got completely F*CKED 3 weeks away from The Ghost Clash.     Whats up world! This week I sat down with one of my favorite people in the entire fitness industry. Julius has an amazing story and comes from a past very similar to mine, a past that's very hard to get out of until you truly hit the bottom. Julius speaks on his bottom and being in prison before going into a rehabilitation clinic where he found powerlifting. In his short time in the sport he has set the bar unreachable, and WILL be the first man in history to bench 800lbs. Will that be the greatest feat of strength ever? Quite possibly!

    Whats up world! I have a very special in person guest this week, my good friend and business partner at Ghost Gym Miami, Mr. Tim Grissel. Tim is the owner and founder of Ghost Strong Equipment. A company that has taken the powerlifting world by storm over the last 2 1/2 years since its launch in April of 2019. I was very lucky to be involved with this brand from early on. We speak about its inception and rapid growth, as well as the history of Tims family business Newell machinery. I hope you enjoyed this episode!

    What's Up World? This week I sat down with one of my closest friends, Micah Marino. Micah is involved in the fitness industry in a broad capacity just as I am. We talked about his journey getting into powerlifting at an early age, to competing in single ply powerlifting and failing a drug test in the USAPL. His controversial ATWRs and injuries that came with them and now owning many businesses.
