Interviewing professional athletes and getting the story on where they were, how they found out, and how it felt to get called up to the Big Leagues. Many years ago my late husband had a dream of driving around and interviewing player to get their story and writing a book. I thought it was a great idea, how fun. And when he died so did his dream. Or so I thought. This podcast is a tribute to his dream and a chance for me to dive into the mindset of a professional athlete. As a certified health coach, yoga and meditation mentor, I'm looking for the common thread - the essence - of success.

We talk about Victor's journey from being born in the Soviet Union, living in Africa then Canada, and finally moving to Ohio where he saw his first baseball game at 10 but didn't even play until he was 13.  Find out on the podcast what all was involved in making it to the Big Leagues and how he came full circle and became a coach for the National Team in Russia.
