    I’ll be honest. If you’re experience is anything like mine, 2024 felt like a tough year! Hidden dynamics all rising to the surface, asking to be dealt with. (It felt easier when they were hidden, right?) So here we are. I offer you this guided meditation because it is too stressful to deal without increasing our baseline level of self-compassion. The good news? If we can deal with all the crap (ours, others) with as much Big-Love as possible, we clear the decks for next year. That’s what it seems like! Another tip: for those in any kind of painful situation with another human being where physical communication does feel realistic, like…once you have finished this guided meditation, simply feel them in your Heart and shine your heart light directly on them.     I dusted off an old poem of mine from decades ago because it picks up on the theme of last week’s post: life as a prepetual current pulling us forward. This poem was written during one of those rare, culminating moments when you catch a glimpse of the countless tiny events that had to align for this moment to happen. Take a 2 minute listen.     Speaking my own Poem

    I found a poem and this time it’s one of mine. I found it while searching for another file. I wrote it years ago, and yet I am struck by how much it speaks to my current condition. I am grateful for its reminder for “how” to make a choice when the path forward is not clear. This poem is called The Planting. I hope you enjoy it.
