    Refugee Portrait

    Imagine fleeing for your life, enduring traumatic experiences, and ultimately being co-opted by a racist bureaucracy that dehumanizes and expels you, forcing you to become a victim of human trafficking. War makes no sense, but since it's a reality, the host countries are obliged to provide support and make sure that the refugees are safe, yet that means consistent planning with the basic rights at the center of each step and respect for life. We can observe many parallels based on immigrant work exploitation. This child's home was bombed. To feel safe the proximity, the host country must feel safe via an inclusive human approach and individual planning. According to international laws, the rights to asylum do not imply being extra intelligent, super good looking, having new shoes, or knowing the local dialects...The fact that such selections are influencing the support system in the decision of sustaining or not indicates chain corruption and general stupidity. When money is more important than a human life, that's a mental setting problem, and implicit cruelty.

    Closed Mentality can be Urban or Rural

    Destigmatizing the Rural, Essay fragment for Human Rights  We often use terminology that is inconvenient. Being born in a small town or village, or coming from an archaic region, is not a developmental disadvantage; on the contrary, it can define one's personality in a unique way. I'm starting a discussion about outdated terminology: "insular thinking," "rural thinking," and "countryside thinking" are stigmatizing terms. In urban areas, even in the largest cities, people can develop the same kind of mindset—a closed-minded one, and as we can observe and measure, the colonialist mindset is a big issue.

    Boobbs around the corner

    Boobbs sculpture intervention in the center of the city, where prostitution is at every corner, implying the presence of human trafficking. There was also a phallus next to the boobbs, but it dissapeared fast. The sex workers are in Barcelona since forever, and their basic rights are still not recognized. On the international stage, some well-known cities offer these kinds of "services." Barcelona is one of these international "pleasure centers." We buy, we pay, we dehumanize—no problem here —but access to medical care and necessary social support are not provided, since this work is unregistered. So we like to have sex tourism, but we don't make sure the workers are healthy. It's strange. The same goes for refugees and immigrants abandoned on the streets to satisfy las fiestas de solteras…

    Graffiti-Art and Monster Movies

    Movies are based on comics or short stories, even dreams, as in the case of Frankenstein. A film implies having a plot, and the villains' plot is an evolving narrative that usually includes a moral. Some creators approach the monster with empathy, intensifying the tragedy by showing the danger from the victim's perspective. Villainous characters are important to us in childhood, and we can observe that they continue to be so in adulthood. What we imagine in the early stages of our existence and the fantastic stories that moved us remain easy to recreate and provide comfort in later stages of life. In the case of traumatic experiences and when society treats us as an alien, these stories remain important for our identity. Since I've been watching many movies and concerts on my phone over the past few months, helping struggling immigrants reduce trauma, I can't pass up the opportunity to talk about how essential open access to culture is. Why aren't there open-air cinemas in areas with a high concentration of immigrants and refugees? We have parking lots in cities, which only a few need, but a basic social strategy is lacking. Why aren't creative methods facilitated for those who have stories to tell? When society marginalizes someone, a comic, a song, or a film can emerge as a natural creative reaction; it would be good to maintain their creative presence and publish it, presenting it alongside the author, the one who was once seen as a villain.

    Lotus flower in the middle of a war

    Stopped development, experiments, psychological trauma, chain horrors, contemporary politics, human rights? A conflict is a chain reaction of problems that propagates like a plague. A long term conflict, an organized experiment of mediatic genocide is something unimaginable. We use technology for nonsense weapon industry, and to destroy our roots, for some commercial reasons. Human condition is depending on development and a sense of equity. Human cultures specialized in communication, and #conflictmanagement We signed agreements, to maintain peace. Why do we still experience the horrors of wars? What kind of plan for future is this? How many generations we plan to kill, or watch passively others do it? A long term conflict implicitly means human trafficking and child flagellation. Generations trapped into war. Make a calculus, a map of social psychological damage, as it already touched us all.

    Comfort to Develop

    Open access to culture and inclusion are essential for everyone, and for neurodivergent women, they can be a way out. Society has incredibly intolerant behaviour, unsupportive, and even rude to pregnant immigrant women. I'm posting this to point out that the inclusive planning isn't working because it's poorly implemented. Entire generations are at risk. Expectant mothers need a protective environment, or the social factor is so perverse and corrupt that, even after decades of tireless work, housing remains inaccessible and xenophobic attacks are commonplace. The most serious problem is that women attack other women…territorial behaviour, instead of supportive bias, in other words, lack of education. I love women in general; my intent is not to offend, but with these kinds of manifestations, let's face it, there is a problem. How can we solve it? Regardless of our cultural background, the fundamental principle is the same: protect life and make room for development. While a sense of spiritual belonging is a personal choice, being kind to others, especially pregnant women, is imperative, not at all optional. Therefore, I urge host countries to change the narrative. A conflict-ridden environment has serious negative consequences for development. The social factor is important even at the fetal stage.

    Case Study, She-Migrator job seeking in Spain

    Sometimes, no matter how prepared you are and interested in working, if the doors are closed, any effort is vain. This is how a week looks for a job-seeking person in Barcelona: How I start my Mondays, opening the email dedicated to job applications in Spain: Hola, Oana: Parece que tu experiencia podría ajustarse bien a este puesto de Actor de Voz (Euskera - masculino) I have many talents, but speaking Euskera is not one of them; I never fantasized about being an actor; and I´m not a man... Technology is nice, but if it helps. Such job-search platform aberrations only waste time and expose your personal data. I have lost lots of weight many times because of the labor inaccessibility and associated dynamics; there is no more energy left for such crap. At less than 40 kg, mobility is affected, believe me. I need a job opportunity, food access, medical access, a roof, and basics, like any person. Whom can I tell? It´s Tuesday. I have already been denied participation at 2 jobs this week, immediately after applying, even though my experience was consistent and my skills were compatible with the job. The only support the Catalan system is providing is sending me emails with proposals I don´t have what to do with, as they are not related to my education, experience, or developmental plan. OANA MAROTI, El día… tienes que renovar tu demanda de empleo en el SOC. From 3 in 3 months, I am obliged (tengo que) to renew the job seeking, unless I´m working. Therefore, from 3 in 3 months, I renew it, so that the system is aware that I am searching for a job, and supports me in doing so. I have been doing my part for years, but there is no support, no formation, no jobs. To whom can I explain this, as it has been a decade now of precarious contracts and incredible associated problems, in the same spot, Barcelona and its surroundings? Each time I open my mouth to talk about what is happening and ask for help, I´m told to leave, or that I´m victimizing…Therefore, I am experiencing direct exclusion and xenophobic reactions that are socially accepted. The only thing I can do right now is to live on the streets, as for months, random people have been feeding me. What kind of developmental opportunity is this?
