    The Greatest Gift Is Your Presence | Carrie Baum

    What does it mean to truly be present with another person? In this episode of My Love of Life Energy, Anna welcomes Carrie Baum back for a deeply personal conversation about communication, relationships, curiosity, and the power of being genuinely interested in another human being. Carrie shares what 20 years of communicating with her son Sebastian, who is functionally nonverbal, has taught her about listening beyond words. Through body language, intuition, patience, technology, and simply paying attention, Carrie has learned that communication can take many forms—and that sometimes when we think someone isn’t making sense, we may simply not be equipped to hear what they’re trying to say. Carrie also shares the beautiful friendship between Sebastian and Tara, a young woman who took the time to truly engage with him. Her presence, curiosity, and willingness to communicate in the ways available to Sebastian allowed him to feel seen—and inspired him to put tremendous effort into communicating with her.     What Are You Chasing, and Why? | Sonny Garg

    What happens when you achieve everything you thought you wanted — and realize it still isn’t the life you want? In this episode of My Love of Life Energy, Anna welcomes Sonny Garg for a conversation about achievement, identity, worthiness, choice, and what it means to question the path we’ve been taught to pursue. Sonny shares a pivotal moment in his own life.
