    Hey friend! I’m so glad you are here! If this is our first time meeting let me introduce myself. I’m Jai Murphy, a Body Positive Health and Wellness Coach, Self-Love Education Advocate, and the creator of Confidently Courteous with Jai Podcast. In 2016 I was over 700-lbs and began the biggest fight of my life. I decided to take control of my health, physically, mentally, and emotionally. My weight, body image issues, and self-love journey is a familiar one for many women. However, it wasn't until I took the courage to live authentically on my own terms that my life changed dramatically. Over the course of a year and a half I lost over 200 pounds naturally and not only restored the confidence I had in myself that I was capable of and deserving of being healthy and happy, I started helping women who were just beginning to learn how important these things were for them as well. In this episode we continue with the tables flipped as TheOper8tor, Stacie Moore, put me in the interview seat. I talk to TheOper8tor about everything from diet culture pressures in society today as well as how we can empower ourselves and the emotional courage it takes to live authentically by following one's own rules instead of others’ and the power that comes from loving the skin you are in.
