Kirstie is a Certified Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer whose personal experience gaining – and losing – 30lbs created a passion to help other women overcome the weight challenges of midlife in a way that works for them. She is an expert in midlife weight loss, nutrition, exercise and hormone imbalance.

    C.Lee is a Certified Professional Organizer who has transitioned her 20-year business of going into people’s homes to teaching online classes so that she can reach and help transform the lives of women around the world Her soulmate client is an intelligent woman, nearing or in retirement, who finally prioritizes herself and wants to take care of the overwhelming paper clutter in her life. She teaches her a fresh new method and with my course, our community, and continuing support she can achieve her goal and a huge transformation!  This enables her to do all of the other things that she wants to do: exercise, eat healthily, travel, spend time with family and friends, volunteer, and sometimes just relax and enjoy life instead of feeling guilty and overwhelmed by the pesky paper piles!  She told me that she knows that many of my clients through the years were able to lose weight once they got themselves organized. That cause of stress was gone so they could focus on other self-care.
