STILL here is a space for figuring things out in real time. Some episodes are conversations. Some are thoughts I couldn’t shake. Some are stories, questions, or ideas I just needed to sit with a little longer. The name comes from something simple: through all the growing, questioning, changing, leaving, and starting over we're still here. Still learning. Still creating. Still trying to make sense of it all. The new chapter of Youth Zone.

Where does privilege end and hard work begin?

In this episode, I reflect on the complicated line between being privileged and actually working incredibly hard for the things we have. Sometimes, what looks like luck or privilege from the outside is the result of sacrifices, struggles, and years of effort that nobody else got to see. At the same time, acknowledging our hard work doesn’t mean pretending that privilege doesn’t exist. I also explore the way we attach ideas of hard work and “earning your place” to masculinity, especially when it comes to relationships. Why do we sometimes respect someone more because they had to struggle for what they have? And why can privilege make us question someone’s ambition, character, or worth? Reflections on privilege, effort, relationships, and the complicated question of who gets credit for the life they have.

    Thoughts on Antidepressants

People love talking about mental health until medication becomes part of the conversation. Suddenly, antidepressants and any psychiatric medication are treated as something scary, shameful, or life-changing in the worst way possible. A recap about the last couple of months led me to talk about the stigma around mental medication, the myths people still believe, the fear of “losing yourself” under a treatment. It is simply an honest conversation about survival, healing, and why asking for professional help should not be treated like something weak.

When Hustle Mentality Enters Friendships & Relationships

We are taught that success comes from persistence, pushing through discomfort, overcoming barriers, and refusing to quit when things get hard. That mindset builds careers, skills and ambitions. But what happens when we apply the same logic to friendships & relationships?

Who Stays & Who Fades Across Distance?

People think the hardest part about moving abroad is adapting to a new country, but sometimes, the hardest part is realizing that not everyone will try to keep you close once you’re far away. The episode is about exploring the drifting friendships, the fading effort, the unexpected loneliness, and the surprising people who show up and still stick by your side even from miles away. It is also a gentle reminder that distance doesn’t always break relationships, sometimes it just reveals their real shape.

9di w dépanner — The Mindset of Settling

The fear of uncertainty drives us to overwork, to over-plan, to burn out trying to keep everything from falling apart, while the comfort of control keeps us stuck in safe choices and quiet satisfaction. Losing control or staying too in control, that’s what the episode unpacks.

The Loneliness of Building Something Big

Chasing a big dream is more than about hard work, it’s about carrying a vision that no one else can fully see or feel except yourself. In this episode, I talk about the loneliness that comes with fighting for something huge, when people around you don’t really understand the weight you’re holding, and the silence that makes you wonder if you’re the only one who believes. If you’ve ever felt unseen during the process, this one’s for you. Much love.

You can be both, and that's okay

This episode is a soft space for the contradictions we carry. It’s about the in-betweens, the moments when we feel joy and sorrow, gratitude and longing, love and distance, healing and breaking all at once. It’s about the pressure to “choose one”, and what it means to give yourself permission to be layered, to be complex, to be human…
