Not only does he have a wealth of authority on Biblical history and cultural understandings of the people of the Bible, but he delivers them with a level of access that people of any age and any stage can hear and understand. Lon Solomon was my pastor at MBC in 2013-2015, when I first came to know the Lord. His straight forward and no holds barred approach to preaching the Word was instrumental in my journey to now the Lord and I was so sad to see him go. I have never been able to find a church quite like MBC was under his leadership so I’m thrilled to have found this podcast and learn from him once again!
