    Send a text Hello everyone, we're back, after a long haitus.  We are very sorry about our absence, but life threw some curveballs at us that we had to tackle.  We're going to do our best to get the podcast back up and running, so thank you all so much for your patience and understanding.  You're all great.     The Lost Firebreather pt2 (spoilers)

    Send a text Welcome back dragon fans, to the second part of our coverage of The Lost Firebreather by D.M. Gilmore.  A reminder that because we covered a review copy, we released the first half last week in tandem with the official public release of the book, and so put off the spoiler half until you all have had a fair chance to read it, to be fair and respectful to the author. Join us once again as we discuss this heavily ATLA inspired dragon book, talking about our favorite characters and which ones were difficult to get into.  Come here Rei's crackpot, conspiracy-board worthy theory on what the elements actually are.  Cool down with a glimpse into the thought process and history of the podcast and a small discussion on how emotional dragons are supposed to be.     The Lost Firebreather

    Send a text Welcome, Dragon Fans, to another prerelease review!  D.M. Gilmore, author of Lazy Scales (a Rei favorite) has given us a review copy of his newest book, first in a series, so we could do another day 1 review!  As such, the second half of the episode, the spoiler filled discussion, will be released next week so everyone can have an honest chance to read the book and we don't just immediately spoil everything day 1.     Send a text Welcome back Dragon Fans to our latest episode, the proclaimed "worst dragon shifter romance ever"; a 'bad' book being read and reviewed as a treat.  Long have out hosts been trying to find great things to suggest to you, having only found subpar works on accident, that we decided to review a bad one on purpose, for funsies.   Please note, that this is an erotica, and so listener discretion is advised. Come join us as we visit a world where the dragons would prefer to be in human forms, where the kind and love interest is brooding and submissive, and the main character has very few redeeming qualities.  Who knows, maybe you'll disagree with our opinions on it.   Behold the return of the Bangent.  Bantam was so put off by this book that he has several rants for you to listen to.  Rei has several as well as he picks apart world building decisions that he did not agree with.  Some bonus discussions on bantam's treatment of funko pops, Rei's thoughts on Indulgent Fantasy, and more await you!     Scales of Fate: The Shattered Prince

    Send a text Hello everyone, a special type of episode today!  Bantam and Rei were given advanced copies of the second book in the Scales of Fate series, by Shaiden Barnes, so that we could give a review on the book intime for its launch, so biiig thanks to the author for this experience, it was great fun and honestly makes us feel like we're growing as creators.     Dragon Sorcerer

    Send a text Hello dragon fans, and welcome back to another episode of World of Dragons!  Admittedly, it has been quite a while since our last upload, but part of that is due to Rei wanting to read multiple books at once for a review.  This episode we're reviewing the Dragon Sorcerer series, by Sean Oswald.  The first book of the series is Claws Out, and was the book we had Bantam read to give his impressions, Rei decided to read ahead so he could let you dragon fans know if this was going to be another betrayal, like the Dragon Friend series was (minor rant included in the episode). Join us as we discuss the first dragon shifter book that Rei has enjoyed, and actually considers to be a good book with the shifting being useful and not a cheap way to hide the dragon.  Rei has a lot of good things to say about the series, and we even have a few tangents included for different tropes, what fun!     All the Skills 4

    Send a text Hey Dragon Fans, we're back with book 4 of All the Skills, by Honour Rae, continuing the surprise dragonrider hit with Arthur and Brixaby.  This will be the last book in the series we cover for now, at least until the full series is published, then we may return for a retrospective.  So come join us talk about our favorite characters, what we did and did not like about the evolution of the world and story, and our hopes and fears for the future of the series.
