Sooner or later, we all encounter people who criticize us, insult us, underestimate us, or simply treat us badly. The question isn't whether disrespect will come. The question is: 💭 HOW WILL YOU RESPOND? You don't have to allow someone else's behavior to determine yours. Here are five powerful ways to handle disrespect while protecting your dignity and your peace. 1️⃣ DON'T REACT IMMEDIATELY When someone disrespects you, your first instinct may be to fire right back. But strength isn't always loud.
