    Self-Deception: You are your worse Enemy.

    This week we are joined by the one and only Jane simataa and we dive into the topic ofSelf-Deception and how you are your worse Enemy. Our discussion looks at the effect of Self-Deception on our relationships, emotions and growth. Self-deception is a process of denying or rationalizing away the relevance, significance, or importance of opposing evidence and logical argument. Self-deception involves convincing oneself of a truth (or lack of truth) so that one does not reveal any self-knowledge of the deception. We are pleased to publish this episode and look forward to many more exciting episodes of this sort.
