Spirituality, Music, Up bringing, w/Nik Bardossas

This is now a lifelong friend of mine we discussed how we met in this episode also which is crazy. I learned a lot about Nik & also myself, I saw that we are alike in so many ways but also different in our experiences. I really enjoy having conversations with open minded individuals. I always feel the compassion & care when I talk to Nik. We definitely had to talk about Music for we both plan to do it for a very long time & have loved music our whole lives. It gets deep here unexpectedly we brought up being a man and raised thinking men weren’t supposed to cry or show weakness an how it’s affected us. This is the 1st of many conversations, I appreciate you for gracing TheVault with your voice.

304 B Meets J Cannon (Karma, Virginity, etc)

This episode was kinda random which is perfectly fine with me. We don’t always have to have a topic it organically comes an flows sometimes. We talked about Karma & if she’s a b**** or are you gettin what you put out. Also somehow got on topic of when we lost our virginity. I’ve never publicly talked about some of the things my homies will bring outta me so just brace yourselves lol. That’s the whole point of me starting this podcast though. No longer be boxed in time to be ourselves unapologetically.

Advice you would give your younger self (304B)

This episode we basically discussed what we would have told our younger self. We all acknowledged being influenced by our parents in multiple ways. Just how asking yourself questions can help you learn and know yourself & your wants and needs. Vs taking someone’s opinion and running with it. Continuously learning more about myself and the homies this is why I started the podcast.

Fashion, Modeling, Perspective of life

I met Stevie through social media & we’ve been supporting & communicating from afar for a while now. He most definitely is a fashion killa & someone I look up to in the modeling world also. As he says “I’m gonna be 100% myself at all times an what you see is what you get”. This is the 1st of many for sure his energy is unmatched an a genuine person. Stay tuned for when we link in person it’s gonna be a movie!

Sexuality

This is two brothers having a conversation about sexuality. What it means to each of them specifically and also certain ways it boxes people in. I appreciate the honesty & openness in this episode because it’s not easy for some people to talk about these things. Please feel free to comment your input on this topic or topics you’d wanna hear about going forward.

1st Deposit: Celebrate yourself

I started The Vault and even tho it took me a while I noticed I didn’t celebrate it. So this deposit was me noticing that I did something I’ve been wanting to do and acknowledged it.

Intro to The Vault

This is an overview of what’s to come on this podcast. Would like to connect with genuine people. Create a safe place for myself & others to come and be themselves. Also promote any businesses or side hustles anyone has going. That way while I’m growing so are you. I’d like for it to act as a therapy session but not feel like one. The goal is to create a community of people based off positive energies & vibes.
