    ARE YOU MENTAL?

Mental health has been and still is a very taboo topic. Not many people feel at will to discuss their issues openly, yet Yves today provided me with his first-hand experience with utmost candor and sincerity. Yves, today's special guest on Showerhead, takes me on a journey through the mental health struggles in his life and the various "roadbumps" he had to overcome while growing up. While doing so, he shares his advice on coping mechanisms, platforms to learn more about your mental health, and ways to reach out if you need to. Music credits: Thank you Music_Unlimited, ZakharValaha, madIRFAN, TheRelaxedMovement, Prod. Riddiman, and NHZ Music for this episode's background audio.

I'LL SELL FOR YOU / I'LL SIN FOR YOU / I STOLE FOR YOU? BODY OF A PIG?

This title was intentionally kept vague. To learn why, you must listen to this episode. Background music credits: Lesfm, Coma-Media, chillmore, and RomanBelov. All from Pixabay. SURPRISES AND FLOPS

You might not tell from the title, but today's episode is probably my favorite topic the rant about - cars! In this episode I have provided you with 9 different new cars of 2021, I will rank them on the "Surprise-O-Meter" or the "Flop-O-Meter". (For more about what this means, listen!) For all the non car geeks listening, never fear! This episode would not be a boring one because you get to hear me stuttering and swearing all over the place as I gush or hate on these cars. Hopefully, this episode would be as entertaining as any of my other episodes and I might even make you fall in love with some of these cars. P.S. I put all of my favorite car-related music in the background, enjoy! Car list for you to search up (in chronological order): Lotus Emira Tesla Model Y Toyota Corolla Cross BMW iX3, i4, iX Chevrolet Corvette (C8) Volkswagen Golf (Mk8) Porsche Taycan

    PORNSTAR HATE

Warning, this episode, in particular, contains NSFW content. Although it is not strictly 18+, I will be discussing adult content. Porn. A taboo subject, a subject that schools don't typically talk about. This is why our society considers jobs such as being an adult actress as shameful, almost inhumane. I have witnessed a LOT of online bullying from porn "fans" to pornstars about anything and everything these pornstars do. In this episode, I will be giving my perspective on this tricky issue.

    GRAMMAR NAZIS

Ever had an experience where a person just annoyingly points out EVERY. SINGLE. grammar mistake you make? Did you want to smack them? This episode is all about the "Grammar Nazis" in our lives and I will be exploring a psychology study (peer reviewed!) with you about the personality types of a common, mother-bred Grammar Nazi in its wild habitat. Let's take a shower together!

I TURNED MY PHONE OFF FOR FIVE DAYS, SO SHOULD YOU.

Happy Wednesday a.k.a. hump day! Last week, I conducted a highly controlled longitudinal study for the longgg period of five days about phone addiction. Should you just throw your $1,399.00 newly-bought iPhone 12 Pro Max straight into the trash? Listen to find out!

    MY TOP TEN FAVOURITE BOOKS

I tried something different when recording the podcast today: no editing, no script, one take all the way, impromptu style. Fair warning, fellow voyager: I was SUPER delirious when recording this episode so I was very detached and left out a lot of detail about each book. Might have to redo this episode with my REAL list of favourite books but it is what it is, view this as a comedy rather than a formal review. Be prepared to listen to me stuttering about my favourite books with violent passion for half an hour.

    YOUR TWO-SECOND DREAMS

Dreams, especially nightmares would stick to you throughout your childhood like peanut butter to the roof of your mouth. But take a minute and forget about the bed-wetting humiliation you had one January night and consider: What really happens in our brain while we dream?
