    Episode 5: The Grand Finale

    Ah, my last drink, a sophisticated glass of...gas station wine? Yeah, I just love the notes of toxic fumes it puts out. Obviously not my first choice but I had no idea this would be last drink. I desperately gulped what was left of the bottle hoping it would last me the four-plus hour drive from Arizona to California. Then the withdrawal began. Hallucinations, visits from the spirit realm, shakes, bursting blood vessels, and other nightmarish experiences you'll hear in my tell-all as I detox from alcohol for the final time.

    Episode 4: Relapse

    Every time I picked up a substance I was relapsing, but denial is part of the process. I used to think relapse had to compare to a tabloid of another celebrity being carried out of a club by bodyguards, but it was much more simple than that. Even though my biggest relapse could have been on an episode of TMZ, mini skirt, powdered nose and all. It took me a while to come to terms that I had been relapsing over and over again.  Episode 4 I dive a little deeper into of my first drink out of detox and where it led me to. One glass of wine turned into a bloody mess in the bathroom and having to once again drink as soon as I woke up to kick the hangover.     Episode 3: Detoxification

    September 5th, 2019:  "What is detox? Do I need to go to a rehab to get sober? How do I quit drinking? What does alcohol withdrawal feel like?" And more fun questions I googled before I checked myself in to a facility! Admitting you have a problem is one thing, but getting the help you need is an entirely different story.
