Black women over 40 are out here defying odds, grabbing happiness, and living unapologetically. Hosted by Felicia Pride, writer and pleasure seeker, and Ivy Grant, corporate strategist and self-indulger in training, “Chile, Please” is a personal and fearless exploration of the pleasures and pains of being Black and women of a certain age. It’s the sister talk that hoots and hollers, testifies and satisfies, to remind you that you’re not alone in this. Grown. Enough. And still figuring it out. A HONEY CHILE production. @itshoneychile #ChilePleasePodcast

Chile, Your Body Is Not The Problem
How do you maintain a healthy self image when almost all of the media you consume feeds a narrative that leaves you out of what is centered as good for you and the “ideal”? Felicia and Ivy chat with clinical dietitian, author, and activist Jessica Wilson to discuss body image and the harsh effects mainstream diet culture has on people of color in particular.

REWIND : Chile, We're Ready For Our Close-up
Coming out of awards season is a perfect time to revisit the conversation about 'representation'. Writer and podcaster Nichole Perkins joins Felicia and Ivy to discuss their desire to see more multi-faceted representations of Black women on the stage and screen. Listen as they recall the characters that inspired them, those that miss the mark and all that’s still left to be explored. All over a lot of laughter.

Customer Reviews
I recommend this cast to total strangers
This is one of the best podcasts. Finally a conversation with fully formed adult women. I don’t want to hear a advice or life “solutions” from a 20 or 30 year old. The ladies keep me laughing. It’s like talking to my friends over wine. Love it!!!!!

Please make more. Love it.
Outstanding podcast
Not many places centering Black women over 40. Chile, Please does it so phenomenally! I love the brilliant hosts and the relevant topics. Thank you for this soul nourishing offering!
