    Ep 77 THE REASON YOU ARE *NOT* WHO YOU WANT TO BE YET // The Cycle Of Expansion

    There is a reason you are not who and where you want to be yet. There is an actual process to self-transformation and expanding into new identities and realties. Here, I explain it all for you!   This episode is in partnership with last weeks (Ep. 76 Mastering The Art Of Self-Transformation), so if you have not already listened I highly recommend you do that.   >> CYCLE OF EXPANSION   01 Exposed to new idea – here your mind is introduced to a new idea, either intentionally or unintentionally.   02 Integrate new idea – the integration process begins. If you are intentionally exposing yourself to new ideas (around love, wealth, success, etc.) you can speed up this process through repetition and hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is a highly effective tool for rapidly integrating new states of being.   03 Calibrate to new idea – this is the stage where the integration process has come to completion. You have “calibrated” to the new belief/idea and it is now a part of you. It is something you believe and know to be true with every cell of your being.   04 Shift into a new paradigm – with this new idea integrated into your being you are now vibrating differently; therefore you are ATTRACTING different experiences into your life.     After shifting myself into so many different identities over the last decade I have mastered the art of self-transformation and today I am sharing exactly how I do it! I have used a version of these steps to literally transform EVERY facet of my life, including: ✓ My relationship with MONEY ✓  Getting sober (15 years clean!) ✓ My sex life ✓ My body and eating habits ✓ My professional career 01 know what’s holding you back – identify the habits, conditioning, patterns and thoughts that are keeping you in your current state 02 create a new self-identity – what/who do you deeply desire to be? What are their attributes, habits, characteristics, etc. Get clear on who they are, but understand you will have no idea HOW to become them yet. 03 take action every day – in the direction of your new identity – NO EXCEPTIONS! This is where you will learn the “how” of becoming who you want to be. 04 practice self-awareness and master your emotional intelligence – this becomes a lifelong daily practice. The more space between you and your thoughts and the feelings, the more personal power you keep. 05 calibrate to your new identity frequency – through hypnosis or visualization – or any other modality that helps you ACTIVATE this new identity inside yourself. 06 you completely embody the “new” identity – the transformation is complete. You are easily and comfortably this “new” version of you. ** From this place you will often identify new places you want to transform or expand into and repeat the same process over again. That's where the 'mastery' gets built. ** Once they are practiced and you’ve mastered a version of these steps you can TRANSFORM any part of yourself or your life!
