I STOPPED WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO WALK WITH ME

I Stopped Waiting For Someone To Walk With MeAt 53, I’ve learned something that changed the way I live:Sometimes the fear of walking alone is far worse than actually walking alone.I’ve faced war.I’ve worked in diplomatic intelligence.I’ve built businesses.I train at 4 AM when nobody is watching.I walked the Camino. And now I’m heading to Thailand for 21 days to test myself again. Not because I have nothing to fear.Because I refuse to let fear make my decisions.Too many people delay their dreams waiting for the right person, the right moment, the right permission.Sometimes nobody is coming. And that can become your greatest opportunity.Walking alone teaches you what noise never can:who you are, what you believe, and how much strength you actually carry. The Camino taught me that being alone does not mean being lost.Sometimes it means you are finally walking your own road. And Thailand is the next chapter. If you are standing at the edge of something new — travel, business, health, relationships, or simply rebuilding your life — remember this:You do not need everyone beside you.You only need enough courage to take the next step.Walking alone is not the end of belonging. Sometimes it is the beginning of becoming.Follow the journey on Life The Battlefield.#lifethebattlefield #walkingalone #over50fitness #discipline #personalgrowth #mindset #resilience #thailandjourney #nevertoolate #selfdiscovery #courage #keepmovingforward #menshealth #motivation

The End Was Close… But So Was The Pain | Day 12

Day 12 on the Camino Primitivo.I walked 33 km from Melide to O Pedrouzo. The Camino was slowly coming to an end.For the first time, I could truly feel the emotional weight of reaching Santiago de Compostela. My calves were burning. My toenails were bleeding.Every step reminded me how far I had already walked.Yet somehow…I loved this day.I watched rivers of pilgrims joining from the Camino Francés.Forests became darker, deeper, colder. The path felt alive. There were more stops because of pain. But I began enjoying those quiet moments too.Coffee.Silence.Fresh air.Simple conversations.Watching pilgrims collect stamps along the way.The Camino teaches you something strange:the less you have, the more grateful you become. And even though the finish line was close…I knew life would still have many more battles waiting for me.Buen Camino.#CaminoPrimitivo #CaminoDeSantiago #LifeTheBattlefield #BuenCamino #Pilgrimage #WalkingMeditation #MentalStrength🎥 Filmed on the Camino Primitivo using Insta360 Ace Pro 2, RØDE microphones, Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer (Gen 2), and iPhone — captured raw, in real time, step by step.‪@rodemic‬ ‪@insta360‬ ‪@raybanmeta‬ ‪@RayBanFilms‬ 💥 DISCLAIMER: The interviews on this channel are mainly for general information purposes only. You Walk Alone… But You’re Never Lonely | Camino Day 11

Day 11 on the Camino Primitivo.I walked 22 km from Ferreira to Melide through cold fog, quiet forests, and peaceful countryside.Only two days remained before Santiago de Compostela. For the first time in a long time, I could truly hear my own thoughts. This journey reminded me that the Camino is not a holiday. It is a pilgrimage. There are no luxuries here.No comfort zones. No distractions.Yet somehow, with sore feet, simple food, washing clothes by hand, and carrying everything on my back…I felt happier than I had in years. You walk alone on the Camino. But you are never truly lonely. In this episode I speak about:• silence and internal dialogue• mental detox from technology• simple living and gratitude• happiness through simplicity• balancing work and pilgrimage• and why small comforts begin to matter againBuen Camino.🎥 Filmed on the Camino Primitivo using Insta360 Ace Pro 2, RØDE microphones, Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer (Gen 2), and iPhone — captured raw, in real time, step by step.‪@rodemic‬ ‪@raybanmeta‬ ‪@insta360‬ ‪@RayBanFilms‬ #caminoprimitivo #caminodesantiago #lifethebattlefield #buencamino #walkingmeditation #mentaldetox #pilgrimage 💥 DISCLAIMER: The interviews on this channel are mainly for general information purposes only. People Will Judge You No Matter What | Camino Day 8

Halfway through the Camino Primitivo, I realised something important:People will judge you no matter what you do.I met pilgrims forced to stop walking because of injuries, pain, and exhaustion — and yet judgement still follows people, regardless of whether they continue or quit. This episode became about much more than walking. It became about: resiliencefamilyhuman connectionobstaclespurposeand understanding what truly matters in lifeWalking from Baleira to Lugo, I passed forests, silence, rural villages, and eventually entered one of the oldest cities in Galicia — a place shaped by Roman history, resilience, and survival. After days in the mountains, arriving in Lugo felt emotional.231 km completed.100 km remaining until Santiago de Compostela.Buen Camino. 🎒#caminoprimitivo #caminodesantiago #buencamino #lugo #pilgrimage #lifethebattlefield #travel #mentalhealth 🎥 Filmed on the Camino Primitivo using Insta360 Ace Pro 2, RØDE microphones, Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer (Gen 2), and iPhone — captured raw, in real time, step by step.‪@rodemic‬ ‪@insta360‬ ‪@raybanmeta‬ ‪@RayBanFilms‬ 💥 DISCLAIMER: The interviews on this channel are mainly for general information purposes only.
