    5-4-3-2-1 Meditation

This meditation has been a go-to tool for me to mindfully come back to the present, *especially when my mind is in over-drive. While this meditation is only a few minutes, May we come to see that mindfulness is the ultimate portable practice. Available to us anytime, for any amount of time we have space for. Thank you.

Meditation: The Practice of Presence and Non-Grasping

Hello beloved beings, this is a meditation that provides us the time and space to notice the container of our body, to notice our breath one moment to the next, and how when we are Here in the Now we don’t need to cling or grasp on too tightly; we don’t need to have control in order to be with what Is. So find a comfy place sit and just Be. Thank you as always for taking the time to pause and rest in the shade of the Plum Thunder Tree.

    Amnesia/Grief/Acceptance/Remembrance/Forgiveness/Grace

As cancer season comes to a close, here are my rambles and reflections on the past month. How does grief play a role in the path of Re-membering? What does that mean for forgiveness, and grace? The yogic practice brings me back to humility and honesty. It reminds me that I am One with All That Is - Mindfulness reminds me that I have the time, so it’s a beautiful thing that we get to take the time for reflection. We get to take the time to come back to Remembrance. Once again, thank you for pausing and taking some rest under the Plum Thunder tree. Peaceful breathing everyone.
